FAQ for Credit Repair:

Q: Are results guaranteed? 

A: No. Results are unable to be guaranteed in credit repair. What we can guarantee is that we will take our extensive knowledge of consumer laws such as the FCRA and FDCPA and fight hard on your behalf to gain results and grow your credit score/profile. Q: How fast will my credit score go up? 

A: Results vary client to client. Everyone's credit file is different. There is NO way to predict how soon you will see deletions or score increase. 

Q: How many points will my score go up? 

A: Again, everyone's credit file is different. Your FICO score is made up of several different factors. One collection being removed could raise your score 10 points, whereas a different collection could raise your score 100 points. 

Q: Will signing up guarantee me a high limit credit card? 

A: No. High limit cards are always a plus, but no one can guarantee them. We will work as hard as possible with you to get your credit profile where it needs to be to see those type of approvals.  

Q: Is paying someone for credit repair the only way to fix my credit? 

A: No. You can 100% fix your credit on your own. We have numerous DIY kits for sale on our website. We also have tons of free templates and information on our Tiktok page and inside of our Facebook group. 

Q: What are my responsibilities as a credit repair client? 

 

  1. Credit Monitoring is a REQUIREMENT. Without access to your credit reports we have no idea of any updates, deletions, new accounts, etc. This is your responsibility to maintain and we will NOT send out messages when monitoring is inactive. If you are unable to comfortably afford the cost of credit monitoring ($25 monthly), then I would not recommend starting a credit repair program until you can. 
  2. Correspondence: The only way we know what action a consumer reporting agency has made on a dispute we send is if they delete an item OR when they mail your dispute outcome. This is mailed to the address the credit bureau and JTM has on file. This is why it is VERY important to keep us updated on your current address. Without the information the credit bureau sends in the mail, our staff is just as lost in the process as you are. Remember, this is YOUR credit file, so naturally updates are sent to you. 
  3. No New Derogatory Items: We ONLY work on negative items that were on your report at the time you signed onto the program. We will not be held liable for any new items. Beware: New negative items such as high utilization, late payments, charge offs, collections, reposessions, bankruptcies, etc WILL have a negative impact on your progess.
